The general manager is very rude and unprofessional. I signed up for no contract but they changed that without my consent, so do NOT trust them if they say it's month by month. The steam room has been broken since a year ago and they give 10000 of excuses every day, the a lot of thinks in the bathroom is broken. Some of the trade mills are broken a long time ago. This facility does not worth a single penny per month not $45.
One of the WORST gyms I've ever stepped in to. I'll nvr ever go to that branch again. They're very very rude and they lied about things right in front of ur face. Especially the guy name Nick Rivers and the GM Tony( there were few more but unfortunately I don't know their names). They don't even LISTEN to the person's problems. They are Very very rude, lazy and irresponsible people. Don't wanna help you. Please don't go to this Gym.
Great gym with phenomenal staff, always smiling and willing to help and answer any questions. The gym is always clean, locker rooms are always stocked with supplies, and equipment is fixed immediately if malfunctioning or broken. Even at peak hours there’s enough equipment that you can continue your workout or cardio session. I haven’t tried any of the classes but they’re always going on after work. I highly recommend this gym.
The new management here is absolutely outstanding! Shawn, Nick, and Emily truly outcare the competition. This isn't like other gyms. I actually feel like the staff cares about me, as a human being, and they go out of their way to help ensure that I am staying on track to accomplish my fitness goals. No matter what the previous ratings show, know that this club is now run by the perfect team. You will be taken care of here. I love this place!
The staff is what makes this place so amazing. They always greet you with a smile, offers to help you when you need it and also has good chemistry with each other. Golds is a well oiled machine and I love going there. Just wish that a few more pieces of equipment but they're doing well with the space allotted to them. If you're new to the area and looking for a lifting gym, I'd say Golds at the overlook is your place.
