Very unprofessional. Never communicate anything, when the trailer will arrive, be delivered. I have to keep monitoring the website. The truck is late for both delivery and pickup. I hired movers to arrive around the scheduled time but the truck ended up not showing up! So bad service. Will never use it again or recommend to anyone.
I loved using U-Pack for my move from Baltimore to San Diego. The cube was delivered and picked up as scheduled. The guys at U-Pack and ABF were extremely nice and professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

My husband and I moved from U.S.A to Canada. As you can imagine, this was a daunting move to plan. But using U-Pack/ABF Freight saved us a lot of money, and just as important, made the move easy. Everything was coordinated flawlessly and with great efficiency.
Worked smoothly for my first cross-country move. When they pick up and drop off the cube, the guy with the pitchfork calls you and you can tell them exactly where to put the cube. It looks like some water did get into the cube by the front door - I had a suit in a bag just inside the door which appears to have water damage. Probably I should have not put it there, but I will dry clean it and see if it's recoverable.
