Today my experience Was A plus at Public Storage Tiffany her Customer service was Great I dont think 5 stars is Enough I give her 10 stars. I got my Storage unit in 5 minutes I was in and out I would recommend this place..
Young employee named Tiffany went above and beyond helping me and my mom Connie to get a unit. She was very thorough in everything. She took the time to listen to us and was very caring. She made a rough time a little easier. We give her an A+!
Got a storage unit today and the customer service was wonderful. Tiffany was very helpful, friendly and a joy to be around. She explained everything well and made me feel at ease. I called over 10 different storage unit places in the past 4 days none of them were very helpful, by far, Tiffany (I believe she said her name was) helped me out so much more than all the other places, she made everything clear, all around was the best costumer service I've received so far! Today, I received the best customer service ever from any storage facility I've used in the past. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She definitely knows her job, the computer system and she listens to her customers needs and is quick to remedy a solution. She turned a glim situation upside down and I appreciate her efforts.
