I am pissed that every year this retailer opens at 5pm EST; not permitting employees to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner with their families. I'm writing the news and Better Business Business, as well as state consumer affairs. I'm so sick of IT!....BEST BUY LIKE SEVERAL OTHER RETAILERS ONLY CARE ABOVE PROFIT AND NOT THEIR EMPLOYEES! i WANTED MY SON TO QUIT THIS DAMN JOB LONG BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS!

Best buy is seriously going downhill. I purchased a HP laptop from them in just over two weeks the laptop hard drive failed. I took it back to a different store than I originally purchased it from due to some traveling I had to do. They informed me that there was a 15-day return policy, which I had not realized Best Buy had change this policy. It may have happened a long time ago but I know what used to be at least 30 days. They let me know that I could exchange it, I had no problem is that's what I was really there to do anyway. Unfortunately they did not have the computer that I wanted there. They looked on their computer and checked and saw that the local store I usually go to had in stock. I asked if I would have any problem exchanging it there, they said no as long as I was exchanging and not returning I should not have a problem. That is not the case. I had incredibly rude people who absolutely would not return it under any circumstance. They wanted to send it back to be fixed, as I said I lost confidence in this product and I did not want to gamble again. I was ultimately going to spend a couple hundred dollars more to get a higher-end computer. It turned into a circus of assorted managers and computer Specialists none of which would allow me to exchange the computer even when I told them the other store would even when I gave them the store that I went to. They were incredibly rude they would not listen, and Best Buy apparently will not stand behind their products any longer. Best Buy has completely lost my business I will never do business with them again and I spend quite a bit of money on electronics. My advice to everyone else is do not go to Best Buy anymore, poor service and won't stand behind their products.

Best TV buying experience I’ve ever had @ Magnolia which is inside of the store. Juliana, the rep, walked me through the different brands and helped me understand the latest tech info, brands and promos/pricing. Inside the store I️ was able to see the difference between the brands/models side by side watching the same movie. I️ could see a significant difference between them, which made it easy to make my decision ... SONY OLED 65” !!! I️ can’t wait to watch movies at home!!!

Went in looking for a specific product for my phone. Wandered around and around for maybe 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged by passing employees, who were too quick for me to grab their attention. There were about 5 employees at the mobile station; two were helping customers, three were just sitting and talking with each other. I eventually went up and let them know what I was looking for -- two of the three looked at me like I had 5 heads and the other guy just said, "Umm... Try over there..." and pointed. I guess he was either too lazy to get up and do what he's getting paid to do, or was too busy socializing with co-workers. I went to that area, unassisted, and not even close to what I was looking for. I then got fed up, left, and went to Target, where I was greeted and helped by an employee and was out in maybe 10 minutes tops. Don't waste your time at this Best Buy. Go to Target that's 5 minutes down the road or another location at the least.

In May I bought a macbook pro and apple watch from this Best Buy. The couple staff members were very helpful and resourceful! I was grateful for the lack of pushy sales tactics-- they were open to giving me information and advice and I felt no pressure to buy (but have been very happy with my purchases). I returned recently to look for a deal on a movie bundle I'd seen online, and was helped by an employee who I didn't even have to approach-- he just saw me looking for it and offered to help. I'm a diehard Amazon fan, but the staff here have been making it easy to come back in!
