If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I purchased a receiver from Magnolia less than 2 years ago. After having some issues on and off, it ultimately stopped working completely. When I took it into the store for repair (luckily we were still within our warranty time frame), we were told they would ship it out and it would be fixed within 2-3 weeks. We are now on week 6. I have been told they are not sure where it is, what stage of the process it is in, and I have yet to receive a call from a manager that I was promised. At this point I wish we would have never purchased from Magnolia.
