I am a great fan of Sports clips. I have used their services in the states of Florida (FLL, Fort Meyers, Stuart) and Texas (Arlington). The branch in Elkridge has made me hate Sports clips with my first visit. (Dec 1, 2017, 5.45 pm)There was this fat girl (Not meant to be rude but she deserves it) who was too lazy to give me a proper hair cut. My hair was cut so uneven at the back and when i asked for a beard trim she looked as if I couldnt afford one and kept reassuring me that its $5 extra (LOL). My beard was trimmed in such a bad shape (or may be she had a bad day at work). I had to go home and redo it. I do not blame sports clips but i personally feel the Elkridge place is at its worst or i guess that particular person did not like to give me a proper cut. I will definitely not visit this store again. probably will try other branches.
Overall great. Although I was embarrassed.. Was asked if I served in the military and I said yes. I was discharged last month. I was asked to show proof I served and I brought out my dd214. Apparently this is not proof. I even explained that is was the document showing the date and status of my discharge. Won't be going back.
Typically very prompt service even during busy times. I love the extra spa like treatment after the haircut. This definitely seperates them from the competition. Also, most of stylists have very good knowledge of the products that they have. Eventhough its close to my place, I think its one of the best places in Howard County! Thank you all for what you do. Cocoa was the best!❤
